Personal History
Born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Dr. DeWolfe completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science in 2005. Upon graduation he returned home to complete his medical school and residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital (2005-2012). Dr. DeWolfe completed his cardiology fellowship at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in 2015. During his medical training, Dr. DeWolfe published multiple first-author articles with a particular interest in outpatient heart failure disease management. He was an active participant in medical community service and outreach.
Dr. DeWolfe joined Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants in 2015. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. His clinical interests include all aspects of non-invasive cardiovascular imaging, including: 2D and stress echocardiography, TEE, nuclear cardiology, cardiac PET, peripheral vascular ultrasound, and cardiac CT. He also holds credentials as a registered physician in the interpretation of Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound (RPVI). Dr. DeWolfe is also a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.
Dr. DeWolfe is available to see patients at the Countryside Office.
